Privacy statement

What data

When you fill in the contact form, I process your name, your email address, optionally your company name, and your message. To prevent misuse of the form, your IP address is kept for at most one hour.

What for

Only to reply to your message and to discuss a possible collaboration. I don't sell your data or share it with third parties.

Retention

Messages are not stored on this website; they are only forwarded to me by email. If your message doesn't lead to a collaboration, I delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If it does lead to an assignment, I keep the data as long as needed for the assignment and for the statutory (tax) retention period of 7 years.

Cookies and storage

• This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
• Your choice of light or dark theme is stored only in your own browser.
• When you send the form, functional cookies are used for security and to show the confirmation.

External services

• Contact form messages are sent through Proton Mail (Switzerland), where my mailbox is also hosted.
• The fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts. This sends your IP address to Google.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data. To do so, send a message through the contact form. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
